Road Captain
Requirements
Effective March 2008
1. Serve one year as a probationary Road Captain to earn patch and rope.
2. A Road Captain needs to fulfill the following in order to remain a road captain.
a.
Participate in 2
events per quarter (during riding season March thru November)
b.
Must make at
least 1 Road Captains’ meeting per year
c.
Must plan 1 event
per year. Not necessarily lead, but must plan from start to finish.
d.
Must make at
least 6 chapter meetings per year (except for extenuating circumstances
i.e. Illness, or family
emergencies)
e.
Complete an
experienced rider’s course within your
probationary year. If you live outside the state of Pennsylvania, all charges
incurred are your responsibilty.
